Updated on 26.02.2022– Police Bharti 2022-As per the news, About 3200 posts have been sanctioned for the establishment of District Police Force. Of these, 215 posts have become vacant till date. Currently, police recruitment is underway in various districts of the state. However, despite the large number of vacancies, no police has been recruited in the Nagar district. महाराष्ट्र पोलीस भरती 2022 – देशभरात पोलिसांची तब्बल 5 लाख 30 हजार पदे रिक्त
जिल्हा पोलीस दलातील तब्बल 215 पदे रिक्त
- पोलीस भरती न झाल्यामुळे नगर जिल्हा पोलीस दलातील तब्बल 215 पदे आजअखेर रिक्त आहेत. त्यातच चालू वर्षाअखेरीस आणखी 51 कर्मचारी निवृत्त होणार आहेत. त्यामुळे डिसेंबर 2022 अखेर जिल्हा पोलीस दलात 266 पदे रिक्त होणार आहेत. या पार्श्वभूमीवर जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक मनोज पाटील यांनी शासनाकडे पोलीस भरतीसाठी प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे.
- जिल्हा पोलीस दलाच्या आस्थापनेवर सुमारे 3200 कर्मचाऱ्यांची पदे मंजूर आहेत. त्यातील 215 पदे आजअखेरीस रिक्त झाली आहेत. सध्या राज्यातील विविध जिल्ह्यांत पोलीस भरती सुरू आहे. मात्र, मोठय़ा प्रमाणावर पदे रिक्त असूनही, नगर जिल्ह्यात पोलीस भरती झालेली नाही.
- पोलीस भरतीसाठी दरवर्षी पोलीस प्रशासनाकडून शासनाकडे रिक्त जागांची माहिती पाठविली जाते. मात्र, 2019 पासून जिल्हा पोलीस प्रशासनाने रिक्त झालेल्या जागांची माहितीच शासनाकडे पाठविली नव्हती. त्यामुळे सध्या राज्यात इतर जिह्यात पोलीस भरती होत असली, त्यात नगरचा समावेश होऊ शकला नाही.
- जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक मनोज पाटील यांनी रिक्त जागांचा आढावा घेऊन माहिती संकलित केली आहे. सद्यःस्थितीत आस्थापनेवर रिक्त असलेल्या जागांसह येत्या वर्षाअखेरीपर्यंत (डिसेंबर 2022) आणखी किती कर्मचारी सेवानिवृत्त होणार आहेत, याचीही माहिती त्यांनी संकलित करून त्याचा एकत्रित अहवाल तयार केला आहे.
- दोन दिवसांपूर्वीच या अहवालासह जिह्यात सुमारे 266 रिक्त जागांवर पोलीस भरतीसाठीचा प्रस्ताव अधीक्षक पाटील यांनी शासनाकडे सादर केला आहे. त्यामुळे पुढील वर्षात जिह्यामध्ये सुमारे अडीचशेहून अधिक जागांसाठी पोलीस भरतीला मंजुरी मिळण्याची शक्यता आहे.
