Mhada Recruitment 2022 Document verification has been started. From today the Document verification process started through MHADA. Mhada has published the category wise list of successful candidates in the online examination conducted under MHADA Direct Recruitment-2021 on the MHADA website for verification. The verification of documents of successful candidates in the category of Tracer and Shorthand Writer will be done on 09th June and 10th June, 2022 at MHADA Headquarters, Bandra East.

Also, under the third phase of document verification, the documents of successful candidates in the categories of Assistant, Senior Clerk, Junior Clerk will be verified at the MHADA Headquarters at Bandra East for a period of four days from 14th June to 17th June, 2022.

The Successful candidates in the categories of Property Manager / Administrative Officer, Assistant Architect, Civil Engineering Assistant, Surveyor, Tracer, Minor Writer Assistant, Senior Clerk, Junior Clerk on the day prescribed for verification of documents. The state government had announced that the examination fees of 565 vacant posts of MHADA will be refunded immediately after the cancellation of the examinations to be held in December. Finally, after four and a half months, MHADA has started refunding the examination fees and one lakh two thousand candidates have been relieved.

About 2.5 lakh applications were received for 565 posts in MHADA. The exam was abruptly canceled with just a few hours to go before the recruitment process began. The exams were canceled after it was revealed that there were irregularities in the exams and subsequent police action. The sudden cancellation of the exam caused trouble to the examinee. Therefore, it was announced at that time to refund the examination fee of the examinee as compensation. However, this declaration has not been implemented till now. Now MHADA has started reimbursing the fees. This amount is being deposited in the bank account of the examinee.

• म्हाडा’च्या ५६५ रिक्त पदांसाठी डिसेंबरमध्ये घेण्यात येणारी परीक्षा रद्द केल्यानंतर तात्काळ परीक्षार्थीचे परीक्षा शुल्क परत करण्यात येईल, असे राज्य सरकारने जाहीर केले होते. अखेर साडेचार महिन्यांनंतर ‘म्हाडा’ने परीक्षा शुल्क परत करण्यास सुरुवात केली असून एक लाख दोन हजार परीक्षार्थीना दिलासा मिळाला आहे.
• म्हाडा’मधील ५६५ पदांसाठी सुमारे अडीच लाख अर्ज दाखल झाले होते. या भरतीसाठीच्या परीक्षेला सुरुवात होण्यासाठी काही तास शिल्लक असतानाच अचानक परीक्षा रद्द करण्यात आली होती. परीक्षेत गैरप्रकार करण्यात आल्याचे उघड झाल्यानंतर आणि त्यापुढे झालेल्या पोलीस कारवाईनंतर परीक्षा रद्द करण्यात आल्या होत्या. अचानक परीक्षा रद्द झाल्याने त्याचा त्रास परीक्षार्थीना झाला. त्यामुळे नुकसानभरपाई म्हणून परीक्षार्थीचे परीक्षा शुल्क परत करण्याची घोषणाही त्यावेळी करण्यात आली. मात्र या घोषणेची अंमलबजावणी आतापर्यंत झाली नव्हती. आता मात्र ‘म्हाडा’ने शुल्क परतावा करण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. परीक्षार्थीच्या बँक खात्यात याप्रमाणे रक्कम जमा केली जात आहे.
• परताव्याची रक्कम ३.६४ कोटी – म्हाडा’चे सचिव राजकुमार सागर यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार सरसकट सर्व परीक्षार्थीना शुल्क परतावा केला जात नसून परीक्षा रद्द झाल्यानंतर पहिल्या दिवशी ज्यांची परीक्षा होती, त्यांनाच शुल्क परत करण्यात येत आहे. या परीक्षार्थीची संख्या एक लाख दोन हजार आहे. परताव्याची एकूण रक्कम तीन कोटी ६४ लाख रुपये आहे.

Mhada Recruitment 2022 @ mhada.gov.in महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास प्राधिकरणातर्फे (म्हाडा) घेण्यात आलेल्या सरळसेवा भरती परीक्षेचा निकाल जाहीर करण्यात आला आहे. परीक्षेत गैरप्रकार करणाऱ्या तीन उमेदवारांचे निकाल राखून ठेवण्यात आले आहेत. भरती प्रक्रिया पारदर्शकपणे पार पाडण्यासाठी म्हाडाने कागदपत्र तपासणीकरिता बोलावण्यात येणाऱ्या सर्व उमेदवारांच्या परीक्षेचे लॉग डिटेल्स तपासण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. त्या आधारे उमेदवारांची वर्तणूक तपासली जाणार आहे. संशयास्पद उमेदवारांची चौकशी करण्याचा निर्णयही म्हाडाने घेतला आहे.

कागदपत्र तपासणीकरता येणाऱ्या उमेदवारांची छायाचित्रे आणि दोन्ही हातांचे ठसे घेण्यात येईल. अर्ज भरताना अपलोड करण्यात आलेले आणि परीक्षा केंद्रावर काढलेले छायाचित्र व स्वाक्षरी जुळवून पाहण्यात येणार आहे. छायाचित्र-स्वाक्षरी जुळत नसेल तर अशा उमेदवारास संशयास्पद यादीत ठेवून चौकशी करण्यात येणार आहे. अशाच प्रकारची कार्यवाही उमेदवार प्रत्यक्ष रुजू होण्याकरिता येईल त्या वेळीही करण्यात येणार आहे.

महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास प्राधिकरणातर्फे (म्हाडा) घेण्यात आलेल्या सरळसेवा भरती परीक्षेचा निकाल मार्च महिन्याच्या दुसऱ्या आठवड्यात जाहीर करण्यात येणार आहे. परीक्षा दिलेल्या सुमारे ९३६ उमेदवारांनी प्रश्न आणि उत्तराबाबत हरकती नोंदविल्या आहेत. उमेदवारांच्या तक्रारींचे निरसन होताच निकाल जाहीर करण्यात येईल, असे म्हाडातील अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले.

म्हाडाच्या ९३६ उमेदवारांनी हरकती नोंदवल्या आहेत. खालील सूचनेनुसार म्हाडाचा निकाल मार्चच्या दुसऱ्या आठवड्यात प्रकाशित केला जाऊ शकतो. 

म्हाडा प्राधिकरणातील ५६५ पदांसाठी सरळ सेवा परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी नियुक्त करण्यात आलेल्या कंपनीच्या अधिकाऱ्याने पेपर फोडण्याचा प्रयत्न केल्याचा प्रकार उघडकीस येताच प्रशासनाने परीक्षा पुढे ढकलली होती. त्यानंतर म्हाडाने परीक्षेसाठी टीसीएस कंपनीची नेमणूक केली. परीक्षेसाठी दोन लाख ७४ हजार उमेदवारांनी नोंदणी केली होती. त्यांपैकी दोन लाख ५८ हजार उमेदवारांनी परीक्षा शुल्क भरले होते. म्हाडामार्फत ३१ जानेवारी ते ९ फेब्रुवारी या कालावधीत घेण्यात आलेल्या ऑनलाईन परीक्षेत एक लाख ८० हजार उमेदवारांनी सहभाग घेतला. परीक्षार्थींना लिहिलेले उत्तर किंवा प्रश्नपत्रिकेतील उत्तरांचे पर्याय याबाबत आक्षेप नोंदविण्यासाठी १५ फेब्रुवारी रात्री ११.५९ वाजेपर्यंतची मुदत देण्यात आली होती. या कालावधीत ९३६ उमेदवारांनी आक्षेप नोंदवले आहेत. त्यांच्या हरकती तज्ज्ञांकडे पाठविण्यात आल्या आहेत. त्यांच्याकडून उत्तर मिळताच याचा अहवाल म्हाडाच्या मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकाऱ्यांकडे मान्यतेसाठी मांडण्यात येणार आहे. त्यांच्याकडून मान्यता मिळताच आरक्षणानुसार निकाल जाहीर करण्यात येणार आहे. मार्च महिन्याच्या दुसऱ्या आठवड्यात निकाल जाहीर होण्याची शक्यता म्हाडा अधिकाऱ्याने व्यक्त केली.

म्हाडाच्या परीक्षेची जबाबदारी टीसीएस (TCS) कंपनीवर सोपवण्यात आली आहे.  टीसीएस कंपनीला विविध परीक्षा घेण्याचा अनुभव आहे. याआधी जीए सॉफ्टवेअर (GA Software) कंपनीकडे परीक्षेची जबाबदारी होती. पण या कंपनीच्या वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यानं गोपनीयतेचा भंग करून पेपर फोडण्याचा कट रचल्याचा भांडाफोड झाला. त्यामुळे तातडीने म्हाडाकडून परीक्षा रद्द करण्यात आली. त्यानंतर विविध परीक्षांचा अनुभव असलेल्या टीसीएस (TCS) कंपनीमार्फत ही परीक्षा घेण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. या परीक्षेचे संपूर्ण वेळापत्रक (Full TimeTable) आणि इतर सूचना म्हाडाच्या संकेतस्थळावर  (Mhada Website) जाहीर करण्यात येणार आहे.

म्हाडा’तील वेगवेगळ्या १४ संवर्गातील ५६५ रिक्त पदे भरण्यासाठी जीए सॉफ्टवेअर कंपनीची निवड वादग्रस्त ठरली. या कंपनीच्या वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्याने हा पेपर फोडल्याचे कारस्थान रचल्याचे उघड होताच म्हाडाने ही परीक्षा रद्द केली. त्यानंतर निर्माण झालेल्या गोंधळानंतर गृहनिर्माणमंत्री जितेंद्र आव्हाड यांनी ही परीक्षा टीसीएस कंपनीकडून घेण्यात येईल, अशी घोषणा केली.

फेब्रुवारीमध्ये परीक्षा

ऐन परीक्षेच्या दिवशीच परीक्षा रद्द झाल्याने ही परीक्षा देणाऱ्या पावणेतीन लाख उमेदवारांची मोठी गैरसोय झाली. त्यांना आता परीक्षेसाठी नव्याने तयारी करावी लागणार आहे; तसेच त्याप्रमाणे ‘म्हाडा’ अधिकाऱ्यांकडून परीक्षेच्या आयोजनासंदर्भात तयारी केली जाणार आहे. ही परीक्षा आता फेब्रुवारीमध्ये घेण्यात येईल, असे ‘म्हाडा’तील सूत्रांनी सांगितले. या परीक्षेत पारदर्शकता जपली जावी, यावरही विशेष लक्ष दिले जाणार आहे.
