Nagpur Municipal Corporation Bharti 2023 :  The government had approved the filling of vacant posts in Nagpur Municipal Corporation. Keeping in view the expenditure incurred by the Municipal Corporation on the establishments.Now the state government has decided to fill 75 thousand posts in the state. The state government had instructed the municipality to conduct the recruitment process through them by appointing the organizations IBPS and TCS. Accordingly, 853 posts in various departments of the Municipal Corporation will be filled.

आता राज्य शासनाने राज्यात 75 हजार पदे भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. राज्य शासनाने नोकर भरतीसाठी त्यांच्यामार्फत भरतीप्रक्रिया आयबीपीएस आणि टीसीएस या संस्थांची नियुक्ती करत राबविण्याची सूचना मनपाला केली होती. त्यानुसार महानगरपालिकेतील विविध विभागातील 853 पदे भरण्यात येणार आहेत. मनपाने अत्यावश्यक सेवा म्हणून आरोग्य विभाग, अग्निशमन विभागासह इतर विभागातील पदभरतीची प्रक्रिया सुरू केली आहे. त्यासाठी मनपाने संबंधित दोन्ही संस्थांकडून प्रस्ताव मागविले होते. त्यापैकी टीसीएसकडून महापालिकेला प्रस्ताव प्राप्त झाला असून, या संस्थेबरोबर करार करण्यात येणार होता. मात्र पदवीधर निवडणुकांमुळे करार करण्याची प्रक्रिया लांबणीवर पडणार असल्याचे दिसून येते.

1. महापालिकेचा आस्थापनांवर होणारा खर्च लक्षात घेता, पालिकेने 853 पदांची भरती करण्याचे प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे पाठविला होता. त्याला मंजुरी मिळाली असली तरी, महापालिकेच्या नोकरभरतीमध्ये अडथळा आला आहे. मात्र दुसरीकडे सर्वच विभागात खासगी एजन्सीची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे असून या एजन्सी काही ‘खास’ नेत्यांच्या फेव्हरमधील असल्याची माहिती आहे.
2. शिक्षण मतदार संघाच्या निवडणुकीची आचारसंहिता लागल्याने देखील भरती रखडली होती.
   कोरोना महामारीच्या काळात आरोग्य वैद्यकीय आणि अग्निशमन या अत्यावश्यक सेवेशी संबंधित विभागातील नवीन पदांना शासनाने मंजुरी दिली होती. मात्र, सेवा प्रवेश नियमालीचा प्रस्ताव शासन दरबारी प्रलंबित असल्याने नोकर भरतीची प्रक्रिया रखडली होती.
3. एजन्सीच्या भरवशावर सर्वच विभाग – नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतील जवळपास सर्वच विभागांमध्ये खासगी एजन्सीची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली असून मनपाचे स्थायी कर्मचारी मात्र या एजन्सीची बिले स्वीकारुन त्याचे देयके अकाऊंट विभागांना पाठवण्यात येत असल्याचं दिसून येतंय. कंप्युटर ऑपरेटरपासून तर सर्वच पदे एजन्सीच्या माध्यमातून भरण्यात आली असल्याची माहिती आहे. याशिवाय स्मार्ट सिटी म्हणून गाजावाजा करणाऱ्या सुमारे 25 लाखांवर लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरातील महानगरपालिकेचे जनसंपर्क विभागही एजन्सीच्या हातात असून मनपाचे सोशल मीडियावर चमकोगिरी करण्यासाठी या एजन्सीला महिन्याकाठी तब्बल साडेचार लाखांवर रक्कम देण्यात येत असल्याची माहिती विश्वसनीय सूत्रांनी दिली.
