1. ज्यु. स्टेनोग्राफर 01 i) मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळ / संस्था यांच्याकडील उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय प्रमाणपत्र किंवा तत्सम पात्रता ii) संगणक ज्ञान आवश्यक iii) शॉर्टहॅन्डमध्ये प्रति मिनिट 100 शब्दांचा वेग व संगणक टाईपरायटिंगमध्ये प्रति मिनिट 35 शब्दांचा वेग iv) कोकणीचे ज्ञान व मराठीचे ज्ञान आवश्यक
2. निम्नश्रेणी कारकून 15 i) मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळाकडील उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय प्रमाणपत्र किंवा तत्सम ii) किमान सहा महिन्यांचा संगणक साक्षर कोर्स iii) कोकणीचे ज्ञान व मराठीचे ज्ञान आवश्यक
3. मल्टीटास्किंग स्टाफ 01 i) मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळ / संस्था यांच्याकडील माध्यमिक विद्यालय प्रमाणपत्र किंवा तत्सम ii) संगणकासह कार्यालय यंत्रणा हाताळण्याचे ज्ञान अशी मल्टि टास्किंग कौशल्ये. iii) कोकणीचे ज्ञान व मराठीचे ज्ञान आवश्यक
