Aurangabad Municipal Corporation will be recruiting after sixteen years. The state government has allowed the municipal corporation to fill up 123 essential posts. The municipality has to complete the recruitment process by 31 May 2023. The government approved the new figure for the municipal corporation last year.

औरंगाबाद महापालिकेत सोळा वर्षांनंतर नोकर भरती होणार आहे. राज्य सरकारने १२३ अत्यावश्यक पदे भरण्यास महापालिकेला परवानगी दिली आहे. पालिकेला भरतीची प्रक्रिया ३१ मे २०२३ पर्यंत पूर्ण करायची आहे. वर्ग एक ते वर्ग तीनमधील अत्यावश्यक पदांची भरती केली जाणार आहे. त्यात कनिष्ठ अभियंता, सहायक आयुक्त, मुख्य पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, अग्निशमन कर्मचारी, स्थापत्य अभियांत्रिकी सहायक, उद्यान सहायक, लेखा लिपिक, सहायक लेखा परीक्षक, विधी सहायक, उप नगरसचिव आदी पदांचा समावेश आहे.

औरंगाबाद महापालिकेत १२३ अत्यावश्यक पदे भरण्यास सरकारने परवानगी

  1. सरकारने महापालिकेला नवीन आकृतीबंध गेल्या वर्षी मंजूर केला. या आकृतीबांधानुसार मंजूर पदांची एकूण संख्या ५२०२ इतकी आहे. त्यापैकी २९६५ कर्मचारी कार्यरत आहेत. २२३७ पदे रिक्त आहेत. काही दिवसांपूर्वी राज्य सरकारने महापालिकेला पत्र पाठवून आवश्यकतेनुसार नोकर भरतीची प्रक्रिया ३१ मे २०२३पर्यंत पूर्ण करा असे कळवले आहे. आस्थापनेवरील खर्च ३५ टक्के असावा असा सरकारचा नियम आहे. मात्र, औरंगाबाद महापालिकेचा आस्थापना खर्च उत्पन्नाच्या ४० टक्के आहे. आस्थापना खर्च जास्त असला, तरी विशेष बाब म्हणून अत्यावश्यक १२३ पदे भरण्याची परवानगी मिळावी, अशी विनंती करणारे पत्र महापालिकेने राज्य सरकारला पाठवले होते. त्यानुसार राज्य सरकारने महापालिकेला नुकतीच परवानगी दिली आहे.
  2. उत्पन्न वाढीची अट – महापालिकेला १२३ अत्यावश्यक पदे भरण्यासाठी परवानगी देताना राज्य सरकारने उत्पन्न वाढीची अट टाकली आहे. भरती प्रक्रिया करताना महापालिकेने महाराष्ट्र महापालिका अधिनियम १९४९मधील तरतुदीनुसार कारवाई करावी व त्याची जबाबदारी आयुक्तांची असेल, असे सरकारने म्हटले आहे. भरती केल्यावर आस्थापना खर्च वाढेल. त्यामुळे उत्पन्न वाढीसाठी महापालिकेने प्रयत्न करावेत. उत्पन्न वाढवून आस्थापना खर्च ३५ टक्क्यांच्या मर्यादेत राहील यासाठी प्रयत्न करावेत, असे सरकारने महापालिकेला पाठवलेल्या पत्रात नमूद केले आहे.
  3. औरंगाबाद महापालिकेची स्थापना आठ डिसेंबर १९८२ रोजी झाली.
  4. स्थापनेच्या वेळी महापालिकेत मोठ्या प्रमाणावर नोकर भरती झाली.
  5. त्यानंतर २००४मध्ये ११२४ चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचाऱ्यांची भरती करण्यात आली.
  6. २००७मध्ये वर्ग तीनच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची भरती करण्यात आली.
  7. त्यानंतर आता मोठ्या प्रमाणावर पालिकेत नोकर भरती होणार आहे.
