Mumbai Municipal Corporation Bharti 2023: As many as 1100 clerical posts are going to be recruited in Mumbai Municipal Corporation. According to the vacancies in the municipality every year, about 40% of the clerk posts are vacant. For this, the municipality has planned to implement the recruitment process in two stages. It will recruit 1,100 posts in the initial phase; In the remaining phase, 900 posts will be recruited. This recruitment process will be implemented both through direct service as well as internal method. Read More details are given below.
मुंबई महापालिकेत गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून रखडलेल्या कनिष्ठ लिपिकांच्या १,१०० पदांच्या भरतीची प्रक्रिया लवकरच सुरू होणार आहे. याबाबतची जाहिरात येत्या महिन्याभरात सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडून काढण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती आहे. एकूण दोन हजार कनिष्ठ लिपिकपदाची भरती मुंबई महापालिकेत होणार आहे. भरती प्रक्रियेला मोठा प्रतिसाद मिळण्याची शक्यता पाहता संपूर्ण राज्यात या भरती प्रक्रियेसाठीची केंद्र उपलब्ध करून देता येतील का, याबाबतची चाचपणी महापालिका स्तरावर सुरू आहे.
MCGM Recruitment 2023
- मुंबई महापालिकेत कनिष्ठ लिपिकपदासाठी १,१०० जागांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यासाठी त्रयस्थ संस्थेला काम देण्यात आले आहे. या संस्थेसोबत महापालिकेच्या सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाचा करारही झाला आहे.
- आयबीपीएस आणि टीसीएस या संस्थेकडून ही भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात येणार आहे. तब्बल दहा वर्षांनंतर मुंबई महापालिकेत ही भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात येणार आहे.
- पालिकेत दर वर्षी रिक्त होणाऱ्या पदांनुसार लिपिक पदाची सुमारे ४० टक्के पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्यासाठीच दोन टप्प्यात भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्याचे पालिकेकडून नियोजन करण्यात आले आहे. त्यामध्ये सुरुवातीच्या टप्प्यात १,१०० पदांची भरती करण्यात येईल; तर उरलेल्या टप्प्यात ९०० पदांची भरती करण्यात येणार आहे. सरळसेवा, तसेच अंतर्गत अशा दोन्ही पद्धतीने ही भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात येईल.
- जिल्हानिहाय परीक्षा केंद्राची उपलब्धता? – मुंबई महापालिकेत नुकतीच अग्निशमन विभागाकडून ९१० भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात आली होती. या प्रक्रियेअंतर्गत सुमारे ४० हजारांहून अधिक उमेदवारांनी भरती प्रक्रियेत सहभाग घेतला होता. लिपिकपदाच्या भरतीसाठी लाखोंच्या संख्येने अर्ज येण्याची संख्या आहे. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने करार केलेल्या संस्थांकडून जिल्हानिहाय परीक्षा केंद्राची उपलब्धता करून देता येईल का, याचीही चाचपणी सुरू आहे. त्यामुळे उमेदवारांना भरती प्रक्रियेअंतर्गत प्रवासाचा नजीकचा परीक्षा केंद्राचा पर्याय उपलब्ध व्हावा, असा यामागील उद्देश आहे
